Three years of consultation, two exhibitions and more than 1,100 addresses engaged helped Water Lane, Exeter's 980-home canalside regeneration, win unanimous outline consent from Exeter City Council in January 2025.

KOR designed and delivered the public consultation for Paignton Pavilion, Fragrance Group's proposed 500-guest conferencing and events venue on Paignton seafront. 86 per cent of respondents backed a new facility of this kind, and the application awaits determination by Torbay Council.
