KOR designed and delivered the public consultation for Paignton Pavilion, Fragrance Group's proposed 500-guest conferencing and events venue on Paignton seafront. 86 per cent of respondents backed a new facility of this kind, and the application awaits determination by Torbay Council.

KOR designed and delivered a pre-application consultation for client 360 Golf whose proposals to reinvigorate Teign Valley Golf Club within Dartmoor National Park included a redesigned 12-hole course, alongside other sport, leisure and hospitality facilities, within a large-scale nature restoration project. Planning permission was secured from Dartmoor National Park Authority in September 2025.
