Since 2006 we have been working with clients in the land and property sector, steadily growing a portfolio of landed estates nationwide.

Our experience of working with private and institutional landowners over the past two decades has informed the specialist advice and support we offer through our in-house public relations and public affairs teams.

We enjoy long-standing, trusted relationships with many of our clients who have chosen KOR to manage their external communications across both traditional and digital channels. For other clients we work on a project basis, managing community, stakeholder and political engagement to secure planning approval for sustainable development.
